V2 Pro started as a concept brand in 2014. This brand specializes in a 3-in-1 vaporizer. Its unique technology allowed the same battery to utilize 3 different mediums using specific carts. This interchangeable cartomizer system allows you to use the same battery for e-liquids, wax or dry herbs. Assembling the unit is very easy and user-friendly.
When the V2 Pro vaporizers were first introduced, we had the pleasure to test their first V2 Pro Series 3. We initially tried the e-liquid cart and the dry herbs carts and we can tell you they are awesome. From other readers, we discovered that V2 started introducing VG liquids from other brands and they were catching on. Later in 2016, V2Pro designed a VG cartridge that works perfectly with the other American made flavors. You can visit their V2 e-liquid Marketplace here.
V2 Pro Series 3x Review
In 2017, V2 Pro is releasing their new and redesign V2 Pro Series 3x. This new vaporizer comes with excellent new perks! One significant feature (not an improvement) is that is backwards compatible with their original V2 Pro Series 3 batteries, which means that all new Series 3x carts are compatible if you use an older battery model. This is great news for the extreme vapers and mod fanatics! You don’t have to replace the battery to enjoy the new advantages of this amazing new cartridges.
Advanced New Upgrades
The Series 3X vaporizer comes with a variety of new features for the ultimate vapor experience. Variable settings, micro-drilled LED indicator lights and compatible sub-ohm cartridge technology is just the beginning.
- Interchangeable atomizers in 0.9 sub-ohm, 1.2 ohm & 1.5 ohm
- Variable voltage, temperature, and airflow
- Motion activated LED battery life indicator
- Ceramic cartridges produce a cleaner, pure flavor profile
- Compatible with your Series 3 device and accessories
One of most anticipated updates on the V2 Pro Series cartomizers are the introduction of the ceramic technology. This allows the same usage of VG and PG liquids. (VG = Vegetable Glycol, PG = Propylene Glycol, for more information visit our e-liquid section that explains the differences and importance of different eliquids).
V2 Pro Series 3x Interchangeable Atomizers
Indulge in the entire menu of e-liquid with three compatible atomizers for your e-liquid cartridges. Pair the 1.2 ohm & 1.5 ohm with your favorite V2 Platinum E-Liquid and other high PG blends. Use the 0.9 sub-ohm to enjoy the increased vapor and flavor of high VG e-liquid. This is an exclusive advantage of the V2 Pro Series 3x. Most of the advanced vaporizers have this incredible alternative to use interchangeable atomizers.
V2 Pro Series 7 Review
The Series 7 is one of the most advanced vaporizers. This is an all-in-one smart vaporizers that allows the use of 3 different mediums under the same battery. eLiquid, Wax and Loose Leaf are the most popular mediums in the marketplace today.
The Series7 eLiquid cart is the most popular cart from this series. The smart battery of the V2 Pro Series7 offers three programmable voltage settings for lasting performance. In our recent eliquid review we found that tobacco flavored PG eliquids burn best in lower voltage while sweet and fruity eliquids taste better in high voltage settings. The only downside to the series7 eliquid cart is that it only performs well with most popular PG (Propylene Glycol) liquids. New market trends are introducing VG (Vegetable Glycerin) liquids like Charlie’s Chalk Dust, Cosmic Fog, Black Note and many more.
The Series7 Loose Leaf cart is the grand innovation of this vaporizer. As previously mentioned, the smart battery of the V2 Pro Series7 can read the connections under this cart and determined how it will operate accordingly with loose leaf mediums. Most people hear loose leaf and think marihuana, but we found an interesting article that talks about all the different legal loose leaves available in the market today (Vaporizable Loose Leaves). The only downsize to this cart is the chamber size, but its performance is excellent!
The Series7 Wax Cart was the least of our favorite carts. Its intended to vaporizer wax very fast, kind of like the dabbers, but the problem is that it doesn’t dabb the material evenly and you end up with enjoying a couple of hits of the wax before it burns inside of the chamber. We spoke to V2’s innovating team and they are working on a better and more efficient cartomizer that will take on the wax in a different way. News are to come. Again, the intention is there, but the delivery might not. We still recommend and support the Series 7 as one of the best All-In-One vaporizer.
